Abstract

　　Tianjin university was one of the first wave of organizations to carry out the training and scientific research of microelectronics professionals.After years of development, it has formed a scientific and technological innovation system and talent training mode with distinctive features, obvious advantages and integrated development of industry-university-research and research, and enjoys a good social reputation.

　　The school of microelectronics has two undergraduate majors in "electronic science and technology" and "integrated circuit design and integration system", both of which are major in construction of "outstanding engineers" of the Ministry of Education of China.
