一、基本情况
于仕辉,工学博士,讲师。河南安阳人,1987年9月出生,2015年博士毕业于天津大学微电子学与固体电子学专业。截至目前共发表学术论文50余篇,作为第一作者或通讯作者在Acta Materialia、Applied Physics Letters、Journal of Materials Chemistry C、Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells、 Journal of the American Ceramic Society、Scientific Reports等杂志上发表论文30篇。获得国家授权发明专利22项。兼任Journal of Materials Chemistry C、IEEE Electron Device Letters、Journal of the American Ceramic Society、Thin Solid Films等多个SCI期刊审稿人。2014年获得宝钢奖学金优秀学生特等奖及天津大学学生科学奖,2014-2015年连续两年获得博士研究生国家奖学金,2015年获评天津大学十佳杰出青年(学生)及天津大学优秀毕业生,2016年获评天津大学优秀博士毕业论文。主持/参与了多项国家级及省部级项目。
